About the founder

Abdukadir Osman Allasow

Business & Hospitality Operations Consultant

Abdukadir founded Caawiye to bring operating rigour to Somalia's fastest-growing businesses. His practice sits at the intersection of hospitality operations, SOP development, staff training and financial control — with a bias toward implementation on the floor, not theory in the room.

He has led operating turnarounds across hotels, restaurants, healthcare and education, coaching owners and managers to run their businesses with the same discipline as the region's best-performing operators.
